occurs when the intersection reaches the right (Western) side of the
Horizon line. Since the Sun Hand moves at a slightly faster speed than the
Ecliptic, the time varies daily. The example shows the difference between
December, when the sun sets early (around 5pm) and June when the Sun sets
late (around 7pm).
